As you walk into the kitchen to make Sunday breakfast, the last thing you expect to see is a Peacock peering through the window at you! Despite numerous attempts to usher the terrible twosome from the garden, they kept coming back to enjoy the sun on our patio: in the end I had to 'walk' them through the back gate and out into the Close!
During a brief run out this morning, Linda and I came across a pair of Little Ringed Plovers at a sand pit near Norwich: the light wasn't great for photography, but it was nice to see another pair of these charming little waders holding territory locally.
