Warden Ben e-mailed to say there was a Spotted Flycatcher by Reception Hide: since I'd finished all my work, I popped over for an hour.
I didn't see the Spot Fly, but I did hear it! Nevertheless, there were some decent subjects to photograph: a Hare on the approach road, two Kingfishers and at least six Hobbies! In the woods was the largest group of Twayblades I've seen at the Fen: six separate plants, just beginning to open.
