At around 9.00pm, just before the thunderstorms started here, a Hummingbird Hawkmoth visited the buddleia. It decided to feed on the topmost flower heads (and given it was nearly dark!) I had to shoot at 6400 ISO - amazing I managed any photos!
Always a welcome visitor, this was only the second this year. Earlier the garden was full of dragons: Brown Hawker, Southern Hawker and Common Darter being the most abundant.
