An hour at Buckenham Marshes: some terrific birds!

Just a snatched walk in the Sun, but Garganey, Little Owl, Black-tailed Godwit and juvenile Pied Wagtail were all great to see, as were Azure and Variable Damselflies, a Painted Lady and a Four-spotted Chaser.

Best of all, though: on the way home I discovered a pair of Turtle Doves purring away by the roadside: one allowed itself to be photographed!
