Alexei Leonov

It was very sad to hear of the death of yet another of my heroes: Cosmonaut Alexei Leonov. The first man to 'walk in space' (at the end of a 20 foot tether) was, as I discovered on the numerous occasions that I met him, a charming, thoughtful and intelligent man. He was a gifted artist and amusing raconteur and spoke freely to me about his various missions and his beliefs about the UFO phenomenon...
