Eclipse of the Moon

Tomorrow we have the chance to see a penumbral lunar eclipse beginning at 5.07pm: the maximum extent of the eclipse will occur at 7.10pm. A penumbral eclipse, while not as impressive as a full blood-red umbral eclipse, is still worth looking out for!

The picture below is the Moon tonight: just one day off full.
