Since Peter and Sue were unavailable, Linda and I carried out the last survey of the year under grey, drizzly clouds. Despite the weather and the cool south-westerly breeze, we actually managed to record fourteen species, including Siskin and Great Spotted Woodpecker. Considering there was a christening going on in the church, we reckon that was pretty good!
