Friends Sue and Peter joined us for supper last night: I thought I'd try to remind them of their Spanish holiday earlier in the year, so I made meatballs (veggie, naturally!) in garlic and tomato, chick pea casserole with garlic, lemon and toasted almonds and patatas bravas. For pudding Linda cooked a delicious pecan flan - scrummy!
