Three planets in the dawn sky!
I was up and out before dawn today, to carry out my solitary monthly bird survey of Hemblington Church. (Barn Owl was new for the churchyard!)
From the church's elevated position, and with clear horizons all round, I was able to find and photograph Mercury, Venus and Jupiter and witness a bright (if somewhat late!) Geminid meteor.
