Little Gull
Despite a late night's Indian food feast with our delightful neighbours Sue & Peter, AND an early car-boot foray, I still found the energy for a quick jog around Strumpshaw Fen. Met some nice weekend birders (and some 'oxygen thieves'!) and finally caught up with a Little Gull - a Yare Valley first for me....
No sign of the reported Garganeys, but lots of Blackcaps, Willow Warblers and Chiffchaffs tuning up in the path-side vegetation.
