Our friends Penny and Paul suggested a drive out to Bloom's at Bressingham (near Diss) to take a look at the winter garden display.
Despite the cold it was a very enjoyable visit: it's amazing how much colour can be added to a garden with skilful planting. Bloom's have their own cultivar of 'giant' Snowdrops, which were everywhere, as were hellebores, dogwoods, cyclamens and aconites. Very few birds, though...
