Once we'd finished washing up (following last night's dinner party) Linda and I went into Norwich to visit the Vintage Fair at St Andrew's Hall. There were some nice brooches and badges, but little else to titillate, so we took a walk around the shops before moving to the Cathedral for lunch. The Refectory offers really good-value light meals and you can watch the Peregrines while you eat!
Possibly because of the rain, the female was huddled down on her eggs, while the male was perched on a stone projection just below the weather vane. As we were leaving, however, he went for a fly around in the mist, allowing me to take a few high ISO photos. We chatted to the H&OT volunteers and enjoyed looking at the male with their excellent telescopes...
