Four go mad in Norfolk!

A great day out in Norfolk's north-west corner for Kim, Norman, Brian and me: nothing rare to chase, so we spent the day trying for quality images of some excellent 'everyday' species.

Fulmars at Hunstanton were a good start, followed by stops at Holme, Thornham and Titchwell, where some obliging waders and ducks were somewhat overshadowed by a Stoat in nearly full ermine, a Peregrine and a (distant) Bittern.

Hi David That Bittern shot good one. You wait all day at Minsmere and sometimes your lucks in or you just sit and watch reeds sway.

Know what? I've been visiting Titchwell 10 or 12 times a year for 30 years and that's only the third Bittern I've seen there!
