Anyone know what this crop is???
There's an incredibly-coloured mixed seed crop behind Walsey Hills at the moment: Millett and Flax I can i/d, but what is the beautiful red /orange plant? It looks like a member of the dock family...
Thanks Lois! Turns out the field is planted with a 'cover crop', consisting of Spring Triticale, Mustard, Kale, Linseed, and Quinoa The bright orange / yellow plant is the Quinoa!
