Short video of the Hudsonian Godwit and the best of the rest at Cattawade

Before we found the authentic Hunsonian Godwit, we had to sort through the few waders on the estuary: a Greenshank was nice, as were the many Black-tailed Godwits in summer plumage. One or two were close in colour to the Hud, so we waited until they flapped before eliminating them! This young Song Thrush at Alton Water was well-marked, looking a bit like something more exotic!
