Open garden at Redisham

Linda and Sue are both very keen - and skillful - gardeners, as, to a lesser extent, are Peter and I. During what may turn out to be a temporary relaxation of travel restrictions in Norfolk, we drove in convoy to Redisham, near Beccles to investigate an open garden and plant sale.

The visit hugely exceeded our anticipations: the garden was not the largest, but was densely planted to provide a variety of enclosed regions. The displays of crocus and cyclamen were dazzling, and there were many rare cultivars of both. After a cup of tea and a biscuit (we know how to live!) Linda and I filled the boot of the car with arms-full of extremely reasonable additions for our small garden.
