Last night Linda and I joined Synergy guitar maestro Tim Parker and 'synergists' Jan and Glynn for an evening's quizzing at Acle Social Centre. Very much a scratch team, we didn't expect anything other than a few laughs: however, it turned out our combined cerebral cortex was enough to secure victory by a country mile, with a score of 70/80
