Bird survey at Hemblington

Sue, Peter and I carried out the monthly survey of birds seen in, over or near the church yesterday, recording a surprisingly good number of species. Flocks of Fieldfares streamed over all the time we were there: I'm sure there must have been Redwings among them. There were a few expected birds missing - it was the first occasion this year on which Buzzard hasn't appeared and we normally expect Song Thrush, Dunnock and Greenfinch.
