It's always an anxious time when you transfer live corals from an existing system to a new one: you're struggling to replicate the water chemistry and physical parameters as closely as possible, while hoping that the reef rock and filter material from the old tank will carry on the biological cycle that removes nitrates and nitrites. Touch wood: after two days, things seem to be settling down.
