For the past few days Linda and I have been seeing a Chiffchaff flitting around in the densest parts of the garden. With the mild (if somewhat extreme) weather we've been having, I imagine it's most likely to be an over-wintering bird. Still: it could just possibly be an early arrival, and if so I think it would be my earliest record.
