Strange to reflect that Red Kites were extremely rare vagrants to Norfolk 20 years ago: now they are an almost daily sight. There must be at least a couple of pairs breeding locally, because I've seen up to five together from the garden. Last evening this handsome bird literally flew over Linda's head as we were tidying up!
