A busy weekend and some bonus raptors.

On Saturday, Linda and I had an early breakfast, then drove across to Cambridge to set up for the Webb Deep Sky Society's AGM. As always, the members were very welcoming and interested in our meteorites, but we didn't really sell enough to justify the effort...  In Cambridge, a Hobby dashed around over the Institute of Astronomy, while on the way home an Osprey flew over the A14 being mobbed by corvids.

Having cleared up and reloaded the car by mid-afternoon, we returned home in time to join old chums Penny and Paul to take part in a quiz evening at Burlingham. We did pretty well, finishing third and thoroughly enjoying the company of the rest of the team.

I woke up today feeling absolutely dreadful, but knowing that Linda was looking forward to a visit to the Harleston Antiques Fair, I made the effort and crawled out of bed for another early start! As we drove towards the Brundall Roundabout, a Red Kite flew low over the road. After a good look round and a few judicious purchases, we returned home to enjoy the rest of the weekend!
