Pink-footed Geese: where do they go to?

As Brian and were leaving Blofield Heath on Tuesday, three large skeins of Pinkfeet flew low north-west: presumably they had just left Buckenham or Breydon. Today, as I was pottering in the garden, the same thing happened. I couldn't help but wonder where they were headed: the North Coast? The Wash? It would be interesting to know...
