Tonight we're having a dinner party for four of our oldest chums: Peter, Sue, Paul and Penny. As I may have mentioned before, all four of these lovely people are excellent cooks (and very knowledgeable about wine, too) so I've put together a French-style bistro menu. When I mention that the sauce took four hours to prepare, you'll get an idea of the care Linda and I have taken! The best laid plans and all that: I won't relax until the cheese is served!
