If you've never seen the ISS, it can be a spectacular sight: it is one of the brightest objects in the sky and, travelling from west to east, often passes directly overhead. It's in the middle of a good sequence of early evening transits at the moment, so it's worth a look.
The orbit of the ISS is quite low and it is a huge object, so even a birding telescope will reveal its structure (If you can keep up with it!)
This morning the crescent Moon formed an equilateral triangle with Venus and Spica: a beautiful sight!
