'Interesting' Buzzard at Halvergate

While Linda and I were at Halvergate yesterday (just before we found the Cattle Egret) we noticed a distant Buzzard being mobbed by the local gulls. Although we decided it was merely a well-marked Common Buzzard at the time, the photos I took (and which I've only just looked at!) show it seems to have some Rough-legged features...
