We're having Christmas supper at around 6 or 7 tonight: but since we're just off next door to our 'Christmas bubbled' friends Sue & Peter's house for a light lunch and a few glasses of fizz, we thought it best to get everything prepared first! :)
...and here it is! Mushroom and chestnuts en croute, with a port wine reduction and the usual suspects!
