As Linda and I were leaving home to meet Sue & Peter to carry out the monthly bird count, I checked RBA to find that three White Storks had been reported near Sea Palling. Accordingly, once we'd completed the count, we carried on to Hickling, driving northward to where the birds were alleged to have been seen. Instead of White Storks, we found three Grey Herons! Hmmmm....
After some merchandising at the nearby farm shop, we drove home via Waxham, picking up three beautiful Roe Deer and a very confiding Common Buzzard on the way.
