Goshawks, Woodlarks and Hawfinches: must be the Brecks!
Linda, Sue, Peter and I passed a very enjoyable day in the Brecks, visiting Lynford, for distant views of six Hawfinches and better ones of Siskins, Buzzards and the usual woodland species.
A couple of walks through the forestry further north gave us displaying Skylarks, several Woodlarks as well as three distant Goshawks, but we failed to see or hear any Willow Tits
Lunch at Brown's and tea in Swaffham made it a memorable day out...
