Airshow Memories...
In an earlier post I mentioned that, until recently, Linda and I sold aviation memorabilia. This was mostly via our website 'The Flightline', but also at airshows throughout the UK. For nearly twenty years our small marquee was a familiar feature at Duxford, Old Warden and Waddington and we also attended events at Biggin Hill, Old Buckenham, Blenheim Palace and Mildenhall. Great days! As an ex-pilot I thoroughly enjoyed watching ancient warbirds going through their paces and meeting many of their veteran pilots.
