Occultation of Aldebaran
The Moon and the giant star Aldebaran came close together in the east just after sunset... At 6.50ish the Moon occulted Aldebaran, re-emerging at around 7.10.
Quite a fascinating thing to watch: nice halo around the Moon, too.
