Terrific: two year ticks in one frame! Again, I was just thinking about starting tonight's supper when the pager informed me that the Caspian Tern was once again settled on Brendan's Marsh at Hickling. Linda (as almost always!) gave me the nod and within half an hour I was enjoying somewhat distant - but still gratifying - views of both the Tern and, next to it, a dozing LIttle Gull!
