Green Woodpecker on the lawn!
I say 'lawn', but we're really talking about the area of clover, grass, daisies and dandelions that I have to mow every week in the summer!
Still: there was a smashing Green Woodpecker feeding out there this morning: only the fifth in the past couple of years (Although we hear them a lot more frequently from next door's immaculately manicured garden!)
