Last year and the year before, being locked down for several months, I really struggled to find a Meadow Pipit: this year Linda and I came across a flock of them at Pedham, just half a mile from home! Other little tweets brightened up the walk: Marsh Tit, Great Spotted Woodie, Long-tailed Tit and Song Thrush all being good to see locally.
