Beautiful waning crescent Moon...

I crawled out of bed early to check on the comet in Auriga: still just a little greenish fuzzy ball. However, the crescent Moon was absolutely lovely, hanging in the pre-dawn sky just to the south of Castor and Pollux, the two leading stars of the constellation Gemini.
